Tamar Razmadze is a member of the supervisory board of the business federation Women for Tomorrow. Besides this, she is involved in different activities: Tamar is an owner and a manager of “Letterato – the Thinkers’ Academy” an informal educational institution for adolescents and youth that assists students in enlargement of their knowledge, acquiring critical, objectivity-based thinking and widening their horizon in the areas of reading and arts beyond the regular school hours.
Tamar has many years of experience in managerial positions in international organizations and private and public institutions. She is an international consultant and has experience in consulting services in the African and European regions.
Tako Razmadze holds an MBA, is an alumna of Stanford Leadership Academy and has participated as a keynote speaker in a number of high-level international conferences in Geneva, Bangkok, Washington, New York, etc.
Tamar's experience is diverse: previously, she has led the Donor Coordination Unit at the Administration of the Government of Georgia. She also worked with Deloitte, at the USAID-funded project with the responsibility to increase knowledge and business acumen within youth, held a position of Marketing and Sales Director at one of the leading micro finance banks and was responsible for communications at International Finance Corporation.
She has an extensive teaching experience at Tbilisi State University, European School of Management (ESM), and Free University. She is the author of more than 100 articles.
