Women should allow themselves to do what they want, live for themselves, and not for others - says Lali Badridze, Co-Founder of the ID Institute (International Development Institute), a psychology and coaching training center. Furthermore, she holds several titles: president of the Positive Psychotherapy Association of Georgia, and Co-Founder of Coaching UP University and the training center "Helix," founder of the "Women's Club," university lecturer, psychotherapist, and mother.
She embarked on the path of psychotherapy at the age of 45, realizing that it was what she truly wanted to do. She left everything behind and started studying psychology. Later, she decided to pursue coaching and successfully completed her studies at Erickson Coaching International University.
Subsequently, together with her colleagues, she established multiple training centers and the local representative office of Coaching UP University, an international institution. The ID Institute training center, which has been operating for eight years, has thrived in the market.
Lali Badridze has plans to open a training center in New York in collaboration with her partners.
Lali Badridze traversed a diverse and intriguing path before entering the field of psychotherapy. She obtained her primary education in business administration at TSU, but in the 90s and subsequent years, she ventured into various businesses.
"I have finally arrived where I wanted to be," she declares.
If given the opportunity to start over, she would not have chosen to major in business administration at the age of 17. She believes that she spent many years in self-discovery, which she considers a waste of time. However, she acknowledges that without that journey, she would not be the person she is today. She advises young individuals who are currently selecting a career to take more risks and embrace freedom.
"Take a leap and challenge yourself. We all learn from our mistakes."
