Founder and general director of the global research-consultancy company “ACT”. 

In 2015, with several partners she founded the first coaching company in Georgia “Growing”.

​In parallel to managing her business activities, Tinatin Rukhadze had been a member of the supervisory board of the micro-financing company “Lazika Capital” since 2006  and in 2013-2014 she became the chair of the company board.

​Tinatin Rukhadze is a professional manager with 20 years of experience. She is a psychologist and Ericsson International University certified coach. She received Master’s degree in general psychology from Tbilisi State University. She is an author of several successful programs in the fields of personal development, motivation and leadership. 

​In addition, throughout years she underwent through qualification courses in the U.S and several countries in Europe. From 2007 she has been actively involved in educational activities. Throughout years she has been lecturing at The Free University, Caucasus School of Business, International Business School, University of Georgia and Caucasus Academic Center.
