"The most important thing when starting a business is being ready to face difficulties because the journey is always full of challenges. Desire, faith, and strict discipline are what help us achieve success”- says Elene Bibileishvili, CEO of Hapttic

Hapttic is a U.S.-based software company founded in Georgia as an extension of Noxtton. It is a digital media monitoring tool that enables brands and individuals to conduct marketing research, measure brand awareness, and analyze competitors in the shortest possible time. Today, Hapttic supports over 50 large Georgian and international companies in streamlining their marketing processes. The company has also expanded into the Armenian market.

“In today’s digital landscape, where a massive amount of information is generated daily, one of the biggest challenges for businesses is effectively processing this data and making the right strategic decisions. Hapttic was created specifically to facilitate data-driven marketing,” says Elene Bibileishvili.

From an early age, Elene was fascinated by advertising and technology, which ultimately shaped her career path. After high school, she pursued a degree in marketing and has been dedicated to her field ever since.

Her professional journey began at LC Tbilisi, where she worked as a digital marketer, managing various digital communication channels. Over the years, she gained experience in diverse industries, including education, HoReCa, retail, automotive, and technology. In 2022, she led the digital marketing team for the e-commerce division of “Supta Sakhli” as a consultant. For years, she has been involved in the digital marketing services of the Georgian technology company Noxtton, where she leads the implementation of technical marketing and data-driven digital marketing analytics tools.

Alongside her corporate career, Elene is actively involved in the education field. She is a guest lecturer at the Academy of Digital Industry, where she created Georgia’s first technical marketing course, Digital Marketing Techniques and Analysis. She also teaches digital marketing at Business and Technology University (BTU) and Caucasus University (CU). Holding an international trainer’s license in digital marketing, she frequently leads training sessions and workshops.

“I consider my greatest achievements to be twofold: first, finding a profession that I truly love—one that captured my heart from day one; and second, the tangible results I have achieved through this passion: co-founding Hapttic, establishing Ad Summit (Georgia’s first digital marketing platform/community), and contributing to the education sector.”

Elene earned her education in France at the University of Lille, specializing in social sciences with a focus on digital marketing. She later continued her studies in PR, marketing, and communications at the International Training University of Management and Communication “Alterbridge”.

She is a strong advocate for women’s empowerment in the tech industry, believing that women should be given more opportunities to showcase their potential.

“In today’s era of digital transformation, women’s participation is crucial in breaking stereotypes—especially regarding their role in technology. Raising awareness is key, and we must achieve this through events, projects, and most importantly, by providing greater access to education and employment opportunities. By doing so, motivated, intelligent, and determined women can make an impact in any field,” says Elene.
