“It is crucial to have the aim, to believe in yourself and manage the finances properly” - this is the main advice from Natia to new-comer women entrepreneurs.

Women can make the economy and business stronger and healthier - Natia believes. They should first set up their financial conditions by gaining basic skills needed for the labor market -  underlines Natia.

"Organizations such as "Women for Tomorrow" are very helpful for women in expanding these skills. Knowledge is necessary, but not sufficient. Motivation, which the Business Federation provides to women through various trainings, is also important. All these helps women to become more confident and courageous to achieve the necessary goals", says Natia.
